Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and participation in the Navigator program (“Program”), offered by JF Strategies. By purchasing Navigator Signature or any Navigator package that includes coaching, you agree to the following:

1. Refund Policy

• Navigator Signature (or any Navigator program including coaching): You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Refunds will be issued minus non-refundable payment processor fees and a $200 service fee to cover time and administrative support provided during your onboarding.
  
  
• How to Request a Refund: To initiate a refund, you must email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase. Requests received after the 7-day period will not be honored.
  
  
• No Chargebacks: By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company. All refunds must be requested directly through JF Strategies following the process above.
  
  

2. Access & Usage

• Access Duration: Unless otherwise stated, you will have access to the Program materials for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  
  
• Single User License: Program materials are provided for your personal, individual use only. You may not share, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise make the materials available to others without written permission.
  
  

3. Coaching Sessions

• Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance. If you need to change the time of a session, you must reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  
  
• Expiration: All sessions must be scheduled and completed within your 6-month access period. Unused sessions will expire and are non-refundable.
  
  
• Missed Sessions: Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited at JF Strategies’ discretion.
  
  

4. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, frameworks, exercises, and coaching tools, are the intellectual property of JF Strategies. The Program is provided for educational and personal development purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer

• No Guarantees: The Program is designed for educational and coaching purposes. While tools, strategies, and frameworks are provided, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed.
  
  
• Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results in life and work. JF Strategies is not liable for outcomes resulting from your participation in the Program.
  
  
• No Professional Advice: The Program does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.
  
  

6. Modification of Terms

JF Strategies reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
